– For canvas and jacquard: Spot clean gently with a damp cloth.

– For vegan leather: Wipe with a soft, dry or lightly oiled cotton cloth.

– For beaded and crochet bags: Keep them stuffed when not in use to maintain shape and store in a dust or cloth bag to protect the delicate work.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–6 working days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Returns and Exchange

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with all tags intact. However you must read the detailed return policy on our policy page 'Exchange & Return Policy'

How do I place a return or exchange request?

– Clear images showing the defect (if applicable)

– Reason for return or exchange

Are all products eligible for return?

– Beaded and embroidered bags: Eligible for exchange only in case of damaged product received with in 2 days of receiving the product.

What are the conditions for return eligibility?

– Product must be unused and in original condition

– Tags must be attached and packaging within courier bag should be intact

Is reverse pickup available?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup in most serviceable pin codes. If not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the item.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
