Shipping policy

Order Processing/Dispatch

• Orders are processed same day or next day from day order is placed and made ready for dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, we will share tracking details via email and same can be used to track delivery on courier partner website.

Order Delivery

• We use reputed courier partners who can deliver within 2-4 working days from the day the order is dispatched.

Note: Total delivery time will be time needed to dispatch + time needed by courier company and usually happens in 2-6 working days.

Order Cancellation

• We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your account or credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded in your account.
  

COD Orders

• For COD orders, there will be a verification call which will be mandatory to complete for such orders to be processed. In case of COD the order processing/dispatch will be 3-4 days.
