Refund policy

By purchasing from Vivistry, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery, as recorded by our delivery partner.

Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging materials.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, odour, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. How can I initiate a return request? 

To start a return request you can contact us at info@vivistry.com with a photograph of the product with price tag intact. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the pick-up of the product in its original packaging from the registered address. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for orders that meet all return eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days after approval.

4. What if I receive a damaged product 

In case you receive a product that’s been damaged during transportation, please send us picture within 24 hours (no exceptions to extend this period) of receiving the item. A return & refund will be initiated thereafter. 

5. Communication

All requests must be submitted via email to info@vivistry.com.

We will not process or respond to return/exchange requests submitted via Instagram DMs or unofficial contact numbers/emails.
